Sony presented “flexible organic EL displays driven by organic TFTs,” along with various product concepts, including a Walkman with a flexible organic EL display. “Flexible organic EL displays driven by organic TFTs” were achieved using technology that integrates organic thin-film transistors and organic EL elements on a plastic film.
