A pretty good list, of course there’s bound to be many other design principles worth considering. i recommend a book called ‘Universal Principles of Design’.

Great collection of tips and definitions. I really like the heat map that illustrates banner blindness. Probably why so many of the big ad networks still want to charge on a CPM basis. The ads get served but nobody clicks on them – or really – even looks at them.
